In 2016, Toronto’s Mattamy Athletic Centre was home to the Inaugural Jordan Classic. The event featured perennial powerhouses Oak Hill Academy, Rodondo Union, Henry Carr, and Orangeville Prep. Jordan Brand athlete Carmelo Anthony was in attendance supporting the young student-athletes and his former prep school. This was the first time two Canadian school were in the Jordan Brand Classic. Rodondo Union defeated Henry Carr 97-72 and Oak Hill defeated Orangeville prep 77-67.
